Heat Transfer Tapes „T-Tape Special”

T-Tape Special collection includes heat transfer films for special needs: design transfer on sport wear, uniform for road policemen, fire-fighters etc. the T-Tape Special can be also used for creating unique fashionable designs.

T-Tape Special can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use Roland Stika, GX-24, GX Camm Pro models. The T-Tape Special is with a self-adhesive polyester liner, enables a reposition.

Important information:

Cutting: reverse

Textiles: cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester, polyester/acrylic (mixtures), not nylon!

„ELASTICUT” is highly stretchable material for extremely thin decorations. Specially developed for elastic fabrics (like Lycra, Elastan etc.). It is also suitable for normal fabrics (Cotton, Polyester).

Heat Transfer Mode:

Temperature 1600C

Time 15 sec.

Pressure – middle

Washing: 500C

„EXTRAREFLEX” is a high reflective product, manufactured through glass micro balls technology. Recommended for applications onto work wear and onto applications which require more than 100 lumen luminescence.

Heat Transfer Mode:

Temperature 1500C

Time 15 sec.

Pressure – low

Washing: 300C

„LUMINOUS” is a luminescent (glowing in the dark) heat transfer film laminated with a heat sealing adhesive. It is suitable for transfer on textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyster/cotton/acrylic. The tape can be used for lettering sport and leisure wear, sport bags, promotional items.

Heat Transfer Mode:

Temperature 150-1600C

Time 15-18 sec.

Pressure – 3,5 bar

Washing: 400C

„PERFOR” a new PVC free perforated material for plotter cut with a very thin layer. Perforation is in dots style.

Heat Transfer Mode:

Temperature 1500C

Time 10-15 sec.

Pressure – middle

Washing: 800C
